We work hard to make your first visit a pleasant experience with warm, friendly people who care about your health! What can you expect during your first visit? Expect a warm welcome and a friendly discussion of your general health. Be sure to discuss any concerns you may have. At Gunnison Valley OB/Gyn, we are all about being a proactive provider of health services for women. We believe that the partnership we form with our patients will serve them well. We provide each woman with the knowledge she needs to be actively engaged in creating a healthy outcome for herself.
Step One: Schedule an appointment

Step Two: Complete your new patient paperwork
After you have your appointment scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to create an account on our HIPAA compliant patient portal. Once you are registered on the portal, you will need to logon and complete ALL the assigned forms BEFORE your appointment. (Not having all the assigned paperwork completed at the time of your appointment, may lead to rescheduling your appointment)
If you have any trouble with the online portal, feel free to call us at 970-641-2885. We stress the importance of having all the paperwork completed prior to your appointment. If you have limited access to a computer or smart phone, please contact us and we can arrange to have you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your paperwork on our kiosk.
